Roles & Responsibilities

  • Company Responsibilities (Quick Brew Systems)
  • Lead generation through nationwide marketing campaigns
  • Centralized sales management and order processing
  • Installation, technical support, and preventive maintenance
  • After-sales service and spare parts management
  • Ongoing partner training, branding, and marketing assistance

Partner Responsibilities

Product Supply & Distribution

  • As the exclusive Digichai partner in your district, you’ll manage the supply of machines and premixes to local clients.
  • This includes maintaining adequate stock, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Your efficiency in logistics ensures customer satisfaction and consistent Digichai experiences.

Invoicing & Payment Coordination

  • You’ll manage local invoicing, billing, and payment collection from clients in your district.
  • This includes issuing GST-compliant invoices, keeping accurate financial records, and coordinating with the company for reconciliations.
  • Transparent financial practices build stronger client and company trust.

Local Representation

  • You’ll serve as the official face of Digichai in your district.
  • From client meetings and local promotions to product demos and exhibitions, you’ll actively promote awareness and build relationships that grow your territory’s reach.
