Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 working days of placement, provided the shipment has not yet been dispatche
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • To cancel an order, please email support@digichai.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund Process

  • Approved cancellations and eligible refunds are processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@digichai.in.
  • Include images/videos of the damaged item and your Order ID for verification.
  • After review, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Product damaged due to improper handling or installation after delivery
  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse
  • Complaints raised beyond the specified reporting period
